Danielle is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care in a supportive and affirming environment. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ related concerns, and complex family dynamics.
Danielle earned her doctoral education in General Psychology with an emphasis on childhood trauma, which strengthened her understanding of trauma-informed care and the long-term impact of adverse experiences on mental health and well-being.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. Danielle utilizes evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based interventions to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful personal growth and healing.
