Suzie is a clinical social worker who is always learning - about herself, human nature, the world, and beyond. She blends this knowledge into an approach centered on moving you closer to connection, peace, and wholeness. Guiding you through this process is a true joy to her, and is often done through tapping into your natural power to explore, process, and express emotions and needs in positive and effective ways.

Through serving at a community mental health center over the past several years, Suzie has worked with people from diverse populations presenting with a variety of concerns. Something she has found to be essential for lasting growth in all walks of life is relating with our selves and experiences with an attitude of kindness, curiosity, and compassion. Instead of avoiding or turning away from reality because of discomfort or fear, we can choose to turn towards and listen to the wisdom of our experiences in order to build a fulfilling life - both inside and out.

When you are ready, Suzie looks forward to walking alongside you step-by-step on this journey, following your lead as you access your strengths, explore your truths, and care for your self.
