Walking alongside you on your path, I offer compassion, deep listening, validation, perspective, and insight, all the while respecting your self-agency, values, belief systems, and inherent wisdom. I blend a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to tailor our work to your unique strengths and challenges. 

My philosophy of therapy involves finding and cultivating balance between extremes, lessons and meaning within experiences, healing through suffering, compassion over self-hatred and shame, and understanding and peace with all the various parts of your inner world. If that sounds like a lot, not to worry! This doesn’t all happen at once. We will move forward together slowly and steadily, building towards a sustainably positive future, one small step at a time.
